The Power of a Solid Foundation in 2012
For my first 10 years, I had many digital marketing jobs and many different roles, from branding, to email marketing, to e-commerce which has given me a great foundation and understanding to growing different lead channels that generate revenue.
The Power of Lead Generation in 2016
In 2016 I helped a Pest Control Company named, Nuisance Wildlife Rangers almost hit the PCT 100, as South Florida’s Fastest Growing Wildlife Removal Company. I helped them grow from $3 Million to $7 Million in Revenue, and learned the power of lead generation by unlocking over 1,000 leads a month from Google’s Call Only Campaigns. These results led me to my next adventure!
The Power of Entrepreneurship in 2018
With the results I achieved with NWR, I pivoted and created 2 digital marketing brands, Rocket Leads, and 7 Figure Roofing which helped SMBs grow their digital marketing presence with lead generation solutions. I learned the power of niching down and only helping roofers with their digital marketing needs.
The Power of Sales in 2025
At Shae Marcus I learned how to grow a department, lead a sales team, and manage over 20 employees, and generate revenue for many clients in many verticals. I helped implement a sales commission structure that motivated the entire organization to sell, and we doubled Shae Marcus’s ARR and MRR in 2 years! In addition to leading a sales team, I oversaw all departments and their success! This was one of my biggest years of growth!

Seeing the best in others when they make a mistake. Setting obtainable goals and being patient when you don’t hit your goals. Treating others with respect moves the needle!
